Thomas Aberson is a Dutch Art Director born and raised in The Netherlands. During his advertising study (2003-2007) in Rotterdam he worked for Steam Advertising in Amsterdam. In 2006 Thomas participated in an exchange program at the School of Visual Arts in New York for six months resulting in a Lürzers Archive Student of 2007 nomination and winning a Merit award at the One Show in New York. Back home he started his internship at BBDO Amsterdam. After graduating in 2007 he started working at BBDO Amsterdam on both national and international brands.

2010 has been a successful year winning a Gold Design Lion at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival 2010 for the MARS Messages campaign. Also in Holland the MARS campaign was awarded Silver at the Art Directors Club Netherlands. After a fertile period at FHV/BDDO in 2009 Thomas moved on to Wubbe where he obtained an Cannes Outdoor Lions 2010 nomination for Rabobank. In the beginning of 2011 Thomas started to work for Toyota and Lexus at Launched Amsterdam.
